Silver Service (for maintenance):
- Pre-treatment:
- We treat spots and stains as necessary
- We apply a cleaning solution to the entire carpet
- We rake the carpet to loosen dirt
- We use a state of the art vacuum to thoroughly vacuum the area
- Cleaning:
- We use high pressure steam extraction equipment for a fast and thorough deep cleaning of your carpet
- Post-inspection:
- Once the project is completed, we re-inspect the carpet with you to ensure that all the work
was done to your satisfaction
- We re-rake the carpet for faster drying and to bring it back to it’s original form
- Protect & Groom:
- When necessary, we will place blocks or foil under furniture legs to protect them during the
drying process and groom the carpet for a clean inviting look
Gold Service (for carpets with medium to heavy soil):
- Pre-treatment:
- We treat spots and stains as necessary
- We apply a cleaning solution to the entire carpet
- We rake the carpet to loosen dirt
- We use a state of the art vacuum to thoroughly vacuum the area
- Cleaning:
- We use our state-of-the-art Rotovac equipment for a fast and thorough deep cleaning of your carpet.
- The Rotovac Powerwand® cleans from all directions with hundreds
of cleaning passes
- High torque motors do not get tired, so the quality is consistent throughout the entire job
- The Rotovac restores matted traffic areas and removes tough stains and shadowing that the manual
wand leaves behind

Upholstery Cleaning:
The cleaning of your upholstery will ensure longer life of your furniture. Upholstery involves a variety of
fabrics types. Our experienced technicians will be able to give you an immediate estimation of the required
cleaning service. Any type of required cleaning service can be provided by our professional technicians from
simple to delicate fabrics.

Tile & Grout Cleaning:
We use our specially developed rotovac tile and grout cleaning solution, with a rotary brush and high-pressure
hot water rinse with a fully enclosed vacuum system.
We can restore clean all your ceramic tile and grout surfaces, including bathroom floors, showers and tubs,
kitchen floors, tiled foyers and entry ways, tiled halls, counter tops & more.
We recommend using a sealer on your grout and/or tiles after it has been cleaned. This extra layer of protection
seals the grout and/or tile, making it resistant to spills and stains, and easier to clean in the future - keeping
the grout and/or tile looking clean longer.
Some customers also prefer to have the floor polished for a “better than new” look.
